We invite you to receive complimentary ground shipping for senseofsmells.com orders over HK$500 within Hong Kong (excluded Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Park Island).
A delivery charge of HK$30 will be added for any purchase below HK$500.
Delivery service excluded: Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lanta Island, Peng chau, Ma Wan, Po Toi Island and Tai Po.
Kindly inspect the products and sign for acceptance upon delivery.
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Working days are Monday through Friday (except for public holidays).
Orders placed on any weekday will be processed in the next working day after payment confirmation.

International Delivery

We invite you to receive complimentary shipping for senseofsmells.com orders over HK$2,000 outside Hong Kong.
A delivery charge of HK$250 will be added for any purchase below HK$2,000.
We promise to dispatch your order the next working day when you place your orders before 12:00 noon in Hong Kong Time.
Normally, it takes 5-14 days for international delivery.
There may be custom inspection, country taxes or duty fees required that we may be not able to advise before your purchase. You will be responsible for any necessary fees incurred.

Return Policy

Sense of Smells accepts return for unopened, unused products for up to 7 days after your order is received.
For an efficient return processing, please include a copy of the sales invoice with any return.
